The Process
Here’s how working with EditorNinja works.
Schedule An Intro Call
Schedule a 30-minute Intro Call to discuss your needs and learn more about how our services works. You can ask any questions you have!
Onboarding
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll assign your editor and get you on board. For On-Demand or Writing customers, this includes creating your account, adding your Style Guide and guidelines, and connecting you with your team via a shared Slack channel.
For Dedicated Editor projects, it includes adding them to your systems, sharing your style guide, and integrating them into your workflow.
First Documents Delivered
Once you’re on board, give your editor your content (in the Portal or in your systems).
They’ll work on your content as they have it. Make sure to give them feedback and keep on assigning work.
Scale Up or Down As Needed
Our services are built to scale. Need to add on more documents per day/week? No problem! Need documents written also? Add that on!
If you need to scale down your commitment for a month or two, we can do that too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our pricing is based on the “unlimited” model of work. Once you subscribe, you can add unlimited content requests to your queue. Your editor works on them every business working day (Monday-Friday).
If you need multiple documents edited per day or have very long documents, we can add additional editing “lanes” to your subscription to get your content back to you when you need it.
You sure can! Here’s an example.
Say you need 8 new articles per month written, plus you have another 10 articles, or 15,000 words, that you need edited per month.
That would come out to:
- 8 articles – $3,100 per month
- 15,000 words – $399+249 = $649
The total comes to $3,749 per month.

Our processes are built to scale! Whether you have three 1,000 word documents a week or three 5,000 word documents per day, our packages scale to meet your needs.

Yes. We won’t BS you that our best customers commit to and work us for a long time.
That’s why we sign, at minimum, quarterly agreements that are paid monthly. We also offer discounts for pre-paying for 3, 6, or 12 months.
Once the initial commitment is up, work continues month-to-month.
We offer, and highly recommend, pilot projects for companies with more than 100,000 monthly words. Pilots typically start with a smaller engagement and heavy feedback, with success criteria for when we scale up.
We do not offer pilots for less than 100,000 words. The best way to test us out is to get started with the monthly subscription, because our guarantee covers you if you’re not happy.
